Managing Organizational Risks

Once you’ve identified and assessed a potential risk to your organization the next step is to manage it appropriately. Some risks may have a higher probability of becoming a reality while others may have a more negative or more positive impact. Your ability to detect risks will vary as well. You’ll need to be prepared to manage each of these risk effects accordingly.
