Deploying Microsoft 365 Teamwork: Monitoring OneDrive

This course prepares learners for the MS-300 deploying Microsoft 365 Teamwork certification exam which focuses on the abilities of teamwork administrators to configure and manage SharePoint Online OneDrive for business Teams and workload integrations. This 7-video course explores troubleshooting and resolving OneDrive issues how to monitor OneDrive service health and usage and how to determine the overall health of the service of OneDrive for Business. First you will learn to resolve OneDrive sync problems including how to resolve a full storage account by buying more storage deleting files or reducing the number of synced files. You will then learn to resolve file restriction errors and locked or frozen accounts. Next learn the maximum file size to upload files in OneDrive. You will learn to use the Microsoft 365 admin center to access and interpret a OneDrive activity report which will help you understand how the OneDrive Service is being used. Finally you will learn how to navigate to and interpret OneDrive usage reports.
