The Client’s Goals and Challenges
Orange County Government aimed to provide compliance and professional development training to 2,100+ employees, tailored to various departments and role types. They aim to design custom training courses that resonate with each employee’s role, stay current with NY State Compliance requirements (such as Harassment Prevention and Workplace Violence), and distribute an employee handbook that outlines key learning objectives to be acknowledged at the start of training.
Our Solution
ETS worked with Orange County Government to create custom learning journeys based on job roles, allowing each employee to receive training specific to their responsibilities. ETS customized safety training journeys to include both off-the-shelf content and external content to their Jail/Corrections department as well as to leadership.

The success of Orange County Government’s training program is a result of executive management’s prioritization of learning and development within the organization. We worked closely with Orange County to create custom flyers to promote key courses and skill areas within the organization and encourage increased participation.
