This course covers the roles and responsibilities of individuals working in Six Sigma teams when carrying out a business process improvement initiative. It also covers behaviors of Six Sigma teams common Lean Six Sigma tools used for effective team management and process control as well as strategies for overcoming challenges such as negative team dynamics.
