Global Safety Principles: Violence in the Workplace

Violence in the workplace is unfortunately becoming a more common occurrence. Often times, knowing what to look for before a situation occurs and how to respond effectively can make all the difference in how these situations unfold. In this course, you will learn about the categories of workplace violence and the warning signs that precede any event. You&;ll learn about how to effectively de-escalate such a situation if it were to occur.
