RSTECH: Troubleshooting Upgrading Recovering & Resetting

In order to take on the responsibility of troubleshooting and recovering Cisco devices you need to be able to recognize a series of basic IOS troubleshooting commands. As a technician you will also need to be familiar with using Windows tools to perform basic network troubleshooting tasks.
In this course you;ll learn the basic commands and tools available in Windows 10 that can help you troubleshoot network connectivity. Next you;ll explore the tasks and commands needed to upgrade the Cisco IOS. You;ll examine how to perform password recovery on a Cisco device and explore additional miscellaneous tools that you may encounter when you need to troubleshoot or reconfingure a device. Finally you;ll learn how to perform a factory reset on a Cisco IOS device.
This course can be used in preparation for the 100-490: Supporting Cisco Routing and Switching Network Devices (RSTECH) exam and to attain the Cisco Certified Technician (CTT) Routing & Switching certification.
