AWS SysOps Associate: AWS NoSQL & Data Warehousing
NoSQL databases are designed for the storage of vast unstructured datasets. A crucial part of becoming a certified AWS SysOps Administrator is recognizing which databases to work with and how to deploy them. In this course youll begin by distinguishing document and key-value NoSQL databases before outlining the unique characteristics of DocumentDB and DynamoDB. Youll then deploy DocumentDB and DynamoDB for various purposes using the GUI and CLI. Next youll outline the use of ElastiCache and the in-memory data stores Memcached and Redis before deploying ElastiCache with each of these to boost database performance. Lastly youll work with Amazon Redshift for data warehousing and querying. This course is one of a collection of courses that prepares learners for the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate (SOA-CO1) exam.
