NoSQL databases are designed for the storage of vast unstructured datasets. A crucial part of becoming a certified AWS SysOps Administrator is recognizing which databases to work with and how to deploy them. In this course you;ll begin by distinguishing document and key-value NoSQL databases before outlining the unique characteristics of DocumentDB and DynamoDB. You;ll then deploy DocumentDB and DynamoDB for various purposes using the GUI and CLI.
Next you;ll outline the use of ElastiCache and the in-memory data stores Memcached and Redis before deploying ElastiCache with each of these to boost database performance.
