CLCOR: Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies

Working with Cisco iOS Gateways works as the demarcation point to a collaboration network connecting the internal network with the provider network and processing inbound and outbound calls.
In this course you;ll explore unified communication a technology that allows people to work remotely. You;ll examine several primary collaboration and network technology implementation and deployment methods including infrastructure and design communication protocols audio and video codecs and endpoints. You;ll also review the Cisco Internetwork Operating System (IOS) XE gateway and media resources call control Quality of Service (QoS) and additional Cisco collaboration applications.
Furthermore you;ll outline supplementary services such as adding media resources (i.e. Music on Hold Annunciator) call control and the Quality of Service (QoS) as the solution deployment.
