CAPM: Common Project Management Models
Project managers must be familiar with options for going about their work so they can adjust accordingly.
In this course you will discover common situational leadership models to help optimize work processes and effort. Then you will explore models that focus on communication including cross-cultural communication and communication channels. Next you will examine motivation models like Theory X Theory Y and Theory Z and change models that help manage change within organizations. Finally you will investigate common complexity models to facilitate decision-making in complex environments and project team development models to help teams evolve into high-performing project teams.
