Senior Professional in Human Resources: Employment Legislation

In this course, youll explore and interpret the US laws and regulations that impact the HR Body of Knowledge. In addition, youll learn the process of how the US constructs and then passes laws. Specifically, youll explore labor laws and executive orders, as well as civil rights, employment, privacy and consumer protection, and federal government and agency legislation. This course can be used in preparation for the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) SPHR certification exam.
