Senior Professional in Human Resources: Employment Legislation

In this course you;ll explore and interpret the US lAWS and regulations that impact the HR Body of Knowledge. In addition you;ll learn the process of how the US constructs and then passes laws. Specifically you;ll explore labor lAWS and executive orders as well as civil rights employment privacy and consumer protection and federal government and agency legislation. This course can be used in preparation for the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) SHPR certification exam.
