Choosing the right projects is the foundation of successful Six Sigma initiatives. Before any improvement can begin, organizations must identify opportunities that align with customer needs, business goals, and process realities.In this course, youll explore how to define the voice of the customer (VoC), translate needs into CTQs (Critical to Quality), and evaluate project opportunities using structured tools. Youll also learn how to identify stakeholders, define process boundaries using SIPOC, and align projects with organizational goals. Finally, youll gain a foundational understanding of supply chain processes and how Six Sigma can help improve them.This course is aligned with the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt Body of Knowledge and supports learners preparing for certification or building a foundation for further Six Sigma study.
