Florida Workers Compensation Law (V15)

  At the completion of this course the contractor will be more familiar with the Florida Workers Compensation law as it relates to: State the types of injuries and benefits covered under Florida Workers Compensation law. Explain the special requirements for compensability; deviation from employment; and subsequent intervening accidents. List the construction related exemptions under Florida Workers Compensation law. Explain the Workers Compensation requirements for obtaining permits and engaging in competitive bidding.
