Concrete 2: Repair Planning and Preparation

After completing this course you will be able to: Identify the important properties of repair materials and the concrete substrate. Describe the environmental conditions that are important to effective repairs. Illustrate the concrete removal process. Explain the preparation of concrete surfaces for further work. This course is the second in a series of three courses on the evaluation and repair of concrete. It is recommended although not necessary that this course be taken after Concrete 1: Evaluation and Causes of Damage and before Concrete Repair 3: Materials Methods and Maintenance.
