At the conclusion of this course you will be able to: Describe the Board of Ethics Review reasons for making their decision regarding the ethical responsibilities of the engineers involved.  Identify and explain the factors that arise when engineers are involved in conflict of interest situations because of relationships with previous employers  Explain the restriction against accepting compensation  from more than one part for the same services and the different subtleties when the previous work is done for public clients vs. private clients  Explain the responsibilities of engineers to submit or approve only complete work in conformance with applicable standards  Explain when actions may be required to mitigate dangerous conditions.
