By the end of this course you will be able to: Describe where water is obtained from and how water quality is maintained. Identify considerations that should be taken when setting up pipes and locate the placement of pipes for certain systems such as a distribution system or waste-piping network. Explain the functions of supply lines and valves. Describe how cold and hot water is provided in facilities and how water-heaters distribute water. Compare old and new processes of the disposal of sewage. Map out the process of distribution systems and waste systems. Identify and describe conservation efforts currently being practiced. Identify methods for designing for building recycling reducing Construction and Demolition waste and solid collection waste in small and large buildings.
