Configuring a Messaging Platform: Troubleshooting Mail Flow Problems
This 17-video course which helps prepare learners for the MS-200 Planning and Configuring a Messaging Platform certification exam explores how to troubleshoot mail flow problems. Then watch demonstrations of how to use delivery reports and tracking logs and how to configure message tracking. Next you will learn to search the message tracking logs and analyze external connectivity with the remote connectivity analyzer. Here descriptions of information found in nondelivery reports (NDRs) and the different enhanced status codes. Then examine pipeline logging and agent logging and describe how to use connectivity protocol and routing table logging to troubleshoot mail flow issues. The course concludes by examining the use of the test mail flow cmdlet (lightweight command) for diagnosing mail flow issues.
