Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies: Managing Azure Web Applications

Azure App Services provide a simple way to host web applications with minimal fuss. In this course youll learn about running web apps including containerized applications in Azure. Youll start by examine how to deploy an app service plan and app service web app using the portal and Microsoft Visual Studio. Youll then learn how to use web app deployment slots and when to use Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps. Next youll explore how to enable a custom DNS domain name and HTTPS binding as well as how to configure web app backup and then access the web app through the Kudu interface. Lastly youll see how to work with application container instances and clusters through Azure Kubernetes Service.
