Getting Started with Excel for Office 365

Excel for Office 365 is the spreadsheet application in the Microsoft Office 365 suite. This 5-video course explores the interface and some of its features, including the ribbon, status bar, zoom, and various view modes. Key concepts covered in this course include how to access the app from your Windows search bar and pin it to your Taskbar for quicker access; how to explore the interface, which features a ribbon with multiple tabs, a status bar, and a quick access toolbar with multiple tools for visualizing your spreadsheet data; and how to use the zoom function to adjust how you visualize your spreadsheet in Excel and how to quickly access the Zoom tools. Next, learn more about the view modes and the three different preset view modes of Normal, Page Layout, and Page Break, then learn how to create your own custom views; and learn to work on multiple workbooks simultaneously by using a number of tools to organize your workspace.
