Compressors: Positive Displacement

This course is designed to familiarize participants with basic concepts associated with the operation of positive displacement compressors. After completing this course, participants should be able to identify the main parts and describe the general operation of various types of reciprocating compressors and rotary compressors. They should also be able to describe operator responsibilities associated with starting up, operating, and shutting down compressors.
