Saving & Sharing Presentations in PowerPoint 365

When you have created and edited a presentation PowerPoint allows you not only to save your changes but to share your presentation with others. In this course you will learn how to save a presentation automatically save edits to the cloud using AutoSave and create a copy of your presentation. You will also see how to export your file to a variety of different file formats including PDF images (JPEG) and video (MPEG-4). You will also discover how to create a presentation package for use on another computer and how to generate an editable printable handout version of your presentation in Microsoft Word.
