Easements: Part 1 Basic Elements

At the conclusion of this course the studen will: Understand the nature of easements and how they relate to land ownership. Be familiar with Rights-of-way being that they are the most frequently encountered and troublesome. Understand how to divide the easement rights among the owners entitled to the reversion when the need arises.
