HIPAA – Privacy Rule for Business Associates
The confidentiality of health information is closely safeguarded by HIPAAs Privacy Rule. All employees that regularly work with protected health information must understand the Rules requirements for properly handling it. This course will explore the basic principles of the Privacy Rule and offer some best practices for protecting information and avoiding violations.
