Technical Support Options
Please follow the steps below if you are experiencing technical difficulty with accessing the training site or working with courses. If you have lost your user name or password see the section below regarding lost credentials.

Resolving Technical Support Issues

First Step

Option 1: Contact vendor technical support. View support options by going here.

Option 2: Click here to complete an automatic system check. If the system check results prompt you to download certain software please attempt to complete the software download.

If you are not allowed to complete the software download, please contact PA technical support. Retain the system check results and share them with PA helpdesk personnel.

If you were allowed to complete software downloads and have rebooted your PC and this does not resolve your issue, please see option1.

Second Step

If vendor technical support has determined that your support issue is related to internal Port Authority systems, contact the helpdesk by dialing 1-212-435-7469.

Lost User Name & Password

Please note that PA administrators do not have access to user log-in data. If you have lost your user name or password and would like to have them emailed to you follow these steps:
Go the PA eLearning home page, click LOGIN and accept the PA disclaimer, then from the sign on screen click: Forgot Your Password? And follow the instructions.
