User Support

Below are useful links and resources for eLearning users. Learn how to navigate the user site(s) and access support information in order to take full advantage of what eLearning has to offer.

Quick Start Guide

  1.  If you are not a MIS employee, to activate your account you must self enroll, start by clicking New Enrollment
  2. Complete the form and submit (must have a valid HRA email address and EIN).
  3. When you receive your email confirmation click User Login, enter your Employee Identification Number and  password you just created and log-in
  4. Course suggestions may be located in the View Learning Plan Assigned page.
  5.  Locate courses by browsing the View Library page or use the Search Engine to find course/video titles.

Resolving Technical Support Issues

If you have not already done so, complete a PC system check (see number 1 above). If the system check fails, retain the information and contact the MIS Help Desk at 718-510-8333 for further technical assistance.
