USMC Facilities COI eLearning Users Agreement

I agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of this eLearning agreement.

• I understand that when I enroll in a course the expectation is that I will complete that course within 60 days (do not enroll in courses you do not intend to take).
• I understand that if my account is inactive (no courses accessed) for 90 days it will be inactivated, and I will need to activate the account again if I wish to access eLearning.
• I understand that course(s) I enroll in will cover subjects that are relevant to my job role and are in support of the Marine Corps real property installation lifecycle management core business mission.
• I understand that annually I will be allotted 4 training hours that may be used to enroll in a range of courses for professional development/CEU purposes (additional hours may be requested, but are not guaranteed)
• I understand that I may “unenroll” in any course within 30 days from the date of enrollment and doing so will result in those hours being returned to the block of available hours
• Sharing of individual usernames and passwords is prohibited.

To successfully complete each course, you must score 70% or higher on the assessment.
