Our Bureau has trained hundreds of employees using on-line training course tracks for employee development plans and professional development. Through this program, which has been in place for over a decade, we're able to offer training to employees in remote regions who otherwise have some difficulty getting training. The Enterprise team has been a valuable partner providing us with what we need to support our customers, and market the program throughout the state.
We've worked with ETS for years through a state-wide learning initiative, and year in and year out ETS has supported us well and responded to every service request quickly. The training not only supports IT staff, but managers, engineers, architects and induvial contributors with career development and continuing education requirements. I recommend ETS for all on-line training and support needs.
We are a large MIS group. The training we get from ETS is helpful to our IT trainers and employees, on everything from very technical subjects to desktop applications. ETS is flexible with license management, they branded a learning portal for us, and they do a good job helping with our service needs. We are a satisfied customer.
ETS supplies us with on-line courses and videos for our statewide training program. They provide a broad range of training subjects that satisfies the needs and interests of the diverse community that we support. As a vendor they are contentious and reliable. They treat all of our customers, regardless of size, with attention and detail. They have been a valued vendor for over 5 years.
The Authority has worked with Enterprise Training for over decade. Over the years we have taken advantage of on-line training for compliance and general professional development, custom course services and third party LMS integration service. They have been understanding of our needs, easy to work with and responsive to our requests.
We have many training needs starting with IT, desktop PC and business skills training. We've worked with ETS for almost 10 years to provide training opportunity to new managers, and field staff. The training provides valuable continuous learning opportunities. The eLearning course registration system allows us to broadly offer training to county employees on a first come first serve basis, so we're not over buying and paying for seats we don't use. ETS has consistently been a vendor that we can rely on to provide needed training and support it with attentive service. I recommend them as a vendor.
