Victorian style lake house is available for weekly rentals. Nestled in the Adirondacks ten miles south of the town of
Malone, NY, this house sits directly on the water of tranquil
Lake Titus.
Two private bedrooms have double beds, one private bedroom has a single, and
the dorm room holds two fulls and one single bed. All in all, it sleeps 10.
A detached �sleeping cabin� holds a � bath and a queen bed. Other amenities
include two full bathrooms, full kitchen with dishwasher, dining & breakfast
tables, satellite TV/VCR, bed linens, towels, wood burning fireplace,
spacious living room with a panoramic view of the lake, and back yard with
porch, outdoor gas grill and wood burning grill.
Other Outdoor amenities include an upper deck atop the boathouse, 15 hp
motorboat, canoe, paddle boat and lake access to mountain climbing and a
beach. Local excursions include golfing at the renowned Malone golf Club,
shopping in Lake Placid, and fantastic hiking, biking and fishing. Montreal
is also only 90 minutes away.
Weekly rentals arrive at 2:00 on Sunday and depart by 2:00 on the following
