Create
Usage Reports
Generate detailed reports on student attendance and course usage within
the training site. These reports can reflect overall site activity or
can drill down to a specific group or even a particular individual. Administrators
can determine how often employees accessed the site, how long they trained,
what courses they took and whether or not courses are completed.
Customized
Messages
Site administrators are able to communicate with students by sending them
email messages via the Learning Management site. Messages can be sent
to one student, a group of students, or all students at your discretion.
Post
Announcements
Announcements can be added, deleted, and updated on the main training
site. This is a terrific, direct mode of communicating with students.
These messages can highlight new courses, point out helpful websites and
links, and promote upcoming training and organization events.

Administrators can pre-load required courses into an employee's or student's
current course list so they know which courses they must complete. Recommended
courses can also be added to an employee's future course lists to alert
them of the courses they should take down the road.
This is an important
capability when an organization is upgrading software or implementing
a new email or groupware program. Note, too, that you can start training
on new applications before they are even loaded, because all training
courses use simulations and don't require the actual software.
