eLearning Course Usage Policy

I understand that “authorized” courses are defined as; courses that are approved by my supervisor in the course registration process (you will select these courses and submit for approval on the form on the next page). These courses will be selected primarily from the courses listed as recommended for my discipline community and the courses listed in my eIDP.

During work hours I understand that I may take courses related to my job function that have been approved by my supervisor. I understand that it is my responsibility to request Continuous Learning Points (CL points) at the completion of these courses through the Navy’s official Continuous Learning registration and tracking system, the "Register-Now!" website: https://www.atrrs.army.mil/channels/navyedacm/Login/Login.aspx

During non-work hours, I may access and take courses through the e-Learning portal from anywhere with a PC/internet connection. I understand that I will not be compensated for this training on my own time, unless I receive prior written approval from management. Courses that I take during non-work hours may relate any professional development subject available in the course catalog, and do not have to be authorized or related to my job function.

Sharing of individual usernames and passwords is prohibited.

e-Learning usage will be reviewed regularly. Intentional violations of the e-Learning agreement may result in eLearning account deactivation and/or referral for disciplinary action, as appropriate.
